Question1: Why does the battery level always show 0% after I charge it for a long time?
Answer: Due to the long-term power loss of the power supply, the product enters the self-protection mode. Please charge for more than 4 hours. It takes a long time for the power level to go from 0% to 1%. This is normal.

Question2: Why does the battery level show 100% when I turn it on and then turn it back to 0%?
Answer: Same as the above question, at this time you can long press the button to turn on the flashlight discharge mode, turn off the flashlight after a while and then recharge the power supply until it reaches 100%, and perform deep charging and discharging of the product.
